How pay-it-forward healthcare actually works

No middlemen, no overhead theater — just a gift that arrives when it's needed.

The idea is simple, which is the point. Someone who can spare a little gives it forward — not to a specific person, but into a pool that funds real appointments for people who can't. No naming, no means-testing gauntlet, no dignity tax.

A clinic partner bills the fund at cost for the care delivered. We publish what was spent and what it bought. The gift a donor makes on Monday can be a therapy session on Thursday.

It is not a replacement for the healthcare a society owes its people. It is a bridge — one that holds while the larger work of fixing access continues.
