Some needs cannot wait for the next available appointment. A mental-health crisis, an acute infection, or a sudden loss of medication need care today, and the cost is often the thing standing in the way.

We fund a same-day or urgent appointment through a network of crisis-response and community-health partners. The fund responds fast because the need does.
