92% of every gift funds appointments directly. The remaining 8% covers the operational cost of running the fund — payment processing, clinic coordination, and quarterly reports. We publish a full breakdown every quarter.
Care is delivered by our partner clinics. Someone who needs an appointment they can't afford connects with a partner clinic, which bills the fund at cost. We track appointments at the clinic level, never the person level, to protect privacy.
Yes — monthly giving is the most useful kind, because it lets us promise partner clinics a steady fund to draw from. Choose 'Custom amount' on the donate page and tick monthly, or email us to set it up.
CitaPendiente is a registered nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We send a receipt to your email for every gift.

Yes. We need help with clinic coordination, translation, outreach, and the quarterly reports. There are remote and in-person roles — email us and tell us what you'd like to do.
