We're building a network of partner clinics in communities where care is most often postponed, and we fund the appointments that never happen because of cost. We don't guess at progress — we count the appointments and publish what they cost. It's a contribution to the democratization of health, so care isn't just a privilege.

Standing with people whose care stays pending
An appointment that stays pending is rarely about not caring. It is almost always about price: a bill weighed against rent, a shift that can't be lost, a co-pay that doesn't fit the month.
CitaPendiente exists to close that gap. We forward-fund basic medical appointments and mental-health care, delivered by partner clinics, with no dignity tax on the person receiving it.
Lasting change doesn't happen with a single donation or a news cycle. It happens when enough people decide that no one's care should stay pending.
